Quick answer: The PS3 emulator RPCS3 has no games left in its Loadable category after an SPU accuracy fix moved Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 to Ingame. About 80% of its tracked library is rated Playable, and around 22 games remain in Intro.
RPCS3, the PlayStation 3 emulator for PC, no longer has a single game in its Loadable category. That's the compatibility tier for games that boot but only show a black screen. The team announced it on X on October 31 after Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2, the last game left there, moved up to Ingame.

The fix came from contributor Yahfz and targets SPU accuracy. RPCS3 now recreates the SPU thread loader and the arguments the PS3's LV2 kernel leaves in Local Store each time an SPU group starts, before the code image loads, which stops the loader from getting corrupted.
Ingame doesn't mean finished. It covers games that reach gameplay but can still crash, glitch or run poorly, so H.A.W.X. 2 isn't rated Playable yet. TechPowerUp also points out that RPCS3 cleared this list once before, around the turn of 2023, and it filled back up after that.
The bigger number is Playable. RPCS3 said on October 21 that 80% of its tracked PS3 library has reached that rating, up from about 75% in July and about 70% at the start of 2026. Roughly 22 games are still stuck in Intro, many of them PlayStation Move titles. VideoCardz notes the stats leave out some online-only games, so this isn't support for every PS3 release.
RPCS3 is built for Windows, Linux, macOS and FreeBSD, so it covers both Windows handhelds like the ROG Xbox Ally and Linux-based SteamOS on the Steam Deck. The compatibility ratings are per game, though, not per device, so they don't say how a game runs on a handheld's lower-power chip.
